Facilitate and lead soft skills development curriculum for youth in Y.E.S. Employment Program. Support classroom trainers and crew leaders in custodial, retail, and food service programming. Coach youth in developing resumes and cover letters, employment searches, and interview skills. Develop job placements for participants who show a high level of achievement.

Co-led a crew of 10 Milwaukee Public High School students in a job experience. Students maintained and built trails on the KK river parkway, worked at the Hunger Task Force Farm doing various farm tasks, and filling food boxes for low income seniors. All while helping them build communication, team work, personal resposibility, and life-long learning skills.

Led youth training program and collaboration with founding partner organization YouthCare. Developed program and staff to provide positive youth development focused job training that prepared young adults 16-24 to transition into productive and engaged adults. Facilitated classroom instruction. Faciltated on-the-job training and supported operations in our full-service cafe. Defined core competencies of communication, team-work, life-long learning, personal responsibility, and food service as well as built extensive evaluation system to communicate student progress and achievement within competencies. Tracked outcomes, collected data, completed reports. Managed volunteer and business partnerships.
