Nice to meet you, I'm Damien! after working many years in the customer service industry and also being a chef, I decided to take a different route for myself something I knew that would be a fun challenge that I could also enjoy seeing myself grow in, and you guessed it Tech Support. I got my real first taste of working with computers when I was in college learning my way around adobe Illustrator and photoshop. Years later I got a second chance with indulging myself in the IT realm while working in the millwork department at Lowes troubleshooting and utilizing their Genesis application to custom build and design orders for customers along with organizing, analyzing and tracking previous and ongoing orders. Over time accumulating a strong foundation in problem solving, working great with others, excellent customer service skills that have transitioned well into the tech industry. This technology arena is filled with so many avenues and opportunities to help learn from and challenge each other, so let's do this together!!
