An experienced engineering leader on multidisciplinary water and wastewater sector projects, I have 20 years’ experience and an outstanding track record of on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables and outcomes. As a Lead Civil Engineer I have worked extensively in the planning, design and delivery of major pipelines, pump stations, and wastewater treatment plants, and have specialist knowledge of hydraulics and pipelines.As Operations Manager at SA-based Waternish, I am responsible for the largest portion of the company’s personnel, supporting our project managers to ensure that each project is being successfully delivered. I also oversee resource management for the company, with a focus on career development and fostering a culture that promotes staff retention.
