My role at Lansafe was to both manage and organise the technical support teamwork load, assign service jobs to the relevant team member or escalate to thirdline teams were necessary. assign tickets based on skill levels and provide internal support to companymembers as well as supporting the client base for anything from router faultfinding and diagnostics to desktop fault finding/redeployment.
