Educated at the Australian Maritime College and the Australian Superyacht Crew Academy, Damien has a strong knowledge of Maritime, Super Yachts and seamanship. Unmatched however is his love and passion for the ocean, boating and the leisure and luxury lifestyle associated with being on the water.With hospitality roots and coming from humble beginnings of the restaurant and bar grind, to owning and operating his first bar at the age of 25, to working with some of Australia's leading and most awarded venues and groups, such as the Hugo's group, Garfish group and Catalyst Hospitality. Damien has also acted as a consultant through his own company, offering consultancy services to cafe's, restaurants and bars, through to high volume/ multi outlet venues, festivals and live music events. This experience has given Damien the highest levels of drive, customer service and sales ability, which he has brought to the marine industry.Having strong momentum in the marine industry, from having the opportunity to have worked with premium Australian company's representing local and international brands.With emphasis on the customer and result, Damien specialises in the sale of premium brokerage sales, both nationally and internationally, as well as custom new build projects from key shipyards globally.
