Being a Business Development Manager in Brisbane, I am responsible for developing new business relationships and providing expert knowledge to the client. I take pride in my work in providing a tailored service to the customers needs and wants and to ensure I am meeting expectations. Having successfully built long standing relationships with some large business accounts, I believe that I am an asset to the business, and look forward to every challenge that is put in front of me. My skill set is not limited to one industry. I believe that as a Business Development Manager, my skills are transferable to any industry as the same care, dedication, sales processes and strategies apply. I am always looking for the next challenge with the view to move into national management. I started my career as an internal sales consultant in the electrical industry. Proving myself a valuable member of the team, I was offered an advancement to Account Manager, then to Business Development and Wholesaler Manager. Developing my skills in product sales, relationship management, project management, Internal and external process management, and business development.Gaining much needed experience in the electrical/building materials market, then moving to local and international freight, I have honed my skills over the years in business to business selling, and building strong lasting relationships with key customers.Aiming to gain more experience and broaden my horizons, I have since left the transport industry, and moved into the manufacturing sector. More specifically in the manufacturing of fibre packaging, which is something more challenging. With a strong focus towards customer service, company culture, and believing in the product/service, I believe this is what has made me successful in my field.
