Mappy.com is a French alternative to Google Maps which generates 30 millions visits per month.I help product owners to improve their products in analysing data and making recommandations (editorial, ergonomic or functional). Some pre-commandation are necessary : designed KPIs, managed tagging implementation and built automatical dashboard (with an API + Excel or other data visualization tools). I also work on the traffic managament : analysed performance and reported KPIs in SEO, SEA, Display, Retargetting...Another part of my job is to train business and marketing departments. My mission was to provide digital analytics technical expertise to major web companies in France. - Canal + (industry: pay-per-view TV, turnover: 4,7 billions EUR, tool: Omniture) Managed tagging implementation, set up KPI and dashboard for the customer service and sVOD platform (website and iPad application). - Ouest-France (industry: newspapers, turnover: 1,1 billion EUR, tool: Google Analytics) Kicked-off web analytics for Ouest-France.fr, designed KPIs, management dashboard & industralization, migrated to Google Analytics.
