Hello my name is Damien Thomas. I have a vast amount of experience leading and mentoring teams and individuals across Victoria and in the past across four states and territories with a high amount of detail needed for compliance. My previous success has come from the teams I lead understanding why we do what do and giving them the opportunity to have a go and learn from each time, regardless of the outcome.  Doing this I believe builds trust between yourself and the teams, therefore opening communication to succeed.I have strong experience working with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, characteristics and personalities, I consistently empower, lead and motivate people to strive for their goals and achieve their desired outcomes. I truly believe the saying: - “When I talk to managers, I get the feeling they are important.  When I talk to leaders, I get the feeling that I’m important”, this is then represented in how I lead a team.
