Working as a Business Development Manager at SysFix IT Support LTD, my role is quite varied. As well as providing my clients with a single point of contact and managing their account, my work involves everything from attending site to assist with client technical issues all the way through to managing the business. I am responsible for the development of the company website which has always been a hobby of mine. The site is currently undergoing a huge overhaul to bring the site up to date with current design trends which is happening behind the scenes.I take a keen interest in every client and draw up tailor made IT Support Contracts to meet the needs of each business.
