This included the analysis and development of strategy for the customer base profitability improvement program with the overall strategic plan delivering a $12m profitability improvement and resetting the business platform.• Negotiation: Played a key role in the formal negotiations securing multi-year extensions of major customer contracts (circa $20m p.a.) and direct EBA negotiations with Unions. Negotiated the sub-lease of vacated premises incorporating a new freight and logistics agreement in NSW.• Profitability Improvement: Provided Commercial Leadership in the $12m profitability improvement through customer pricing management, cost recovery, margin improvement strategies, tender tactics formulation, operational cost reduction strategies and the implementation of a cost reduction identification process.• SAP IT Implementation: Delivered $4m SAP ERP Project. Project Sponsor on the implementation of the SAP ERP project successfully delivered on time and on budget. • Process Improvement: Developed tools for managing exchange rate and commodity risk with key customers. Enhanced the reporting and profitability forecasting tools improving forecast accuracy for PBIT and Cash Flow. Led the commercial support for the transition from local to import raw material purchasing ($70m).

Achieved significant reduction in over 90 day Receivables through a focused cross functional team process. • Capital Expenditure: Prepared the capital submission and Board Paper for major upgrade of Townsville manufacturing site ($10m).
