I currently hold a full time position as a Courier Driver for Argos. The main duties include picking and delivering customers orders. Orders are either delivered to the customer's home or delivered to another store for collection.

I was part of the Order Management Team at Just Eat Ltd. I would respond to customer contact via different channels while processing live orders and complaint resolving for our partner takeaway restaurants. other duties include data gathering via outbound calling to restaurants to futher increase business productivity.

I held a part time role stewarding at League 1 football matches. I was responsible for answering spectator queries and crowd management. My role involved dealing with difficult individuals and therefore required a high level of patience, tact, diplomacy and solid communication skills to diffuse potentially volatile situations.

This role involved providing information and advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy to help consumers make cost effective improvements within their homes. On some occasions, this involved me attending events, providing the public with advice and information. My previous experience of working within a contact centre environment meant I was familiar with the demands of this job role.

I held a part time role stewarding at various events where I was involved in dealing with customer queries and crowd safety. My job also meant that I dealt with confrontational individuals and I have developed my problem solving skills due to this.
