  I am a Senior Counsel and the Managing Partner of the construction law niche solicitors practice DKA Solicitors, with extensive contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering law experience advising clients in bringing major infrastructure and energy projects from inception to conclusion.Recognised as one of Ireland’s leading construction and engineering lawyers with vast experience in all aspects of dispute resolution in construction, engineering and energy claims including litigation, arbitration, conciliation, mediation, adjudication and other ADRs. I often conduct my own advocacy, rendering it unnecessary for clients to instruct Counsel, particularly in conciliation, mediation and adjudication. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a lecturer in Arbitration Law at Trinity College, Dublin and frequently act as an Arbitrator in both domestic and international commercial arbitrations. I am also a trained mediator, skilled conciliator, CIArb Certified Adjudicator, a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a CIArb Accredited Mediator.I act on behalf of all stakeholders in construction, engineering and energy projects including employers, developers, lenders, contractors, sub-contractors and design consultants.
