Currently I work alongside local SME companies and agencies to create digital media for their marketing promotions.I also advise on policy, government relations and provide clients with effective project management tools in order to engage with community and stakeholders via innovative public events programming.Key duties include: Creative direction for video-based campaigns, producing and directing for television, digital and media; Digital content strategy, creation, production and post production; Location based social media interactive promotions and advertising projects; Development and deployment of innovative interactive projects and advertising campaigns; Broadcast and AV technology infrastructure design, and; Working with local and state government on two different projects & innovative tech companies: Trendwise, Catech, EASEEedi, MySafety and Perth Angels.

My role was focused on improving the company's market position and generating new business while nurturing existing relationships. I was also responsible for developing company-wide strategy to increase engagement with its market audience, identifying business opportunities and building key customer relationships.Key responsibilities:- Business development and stakeholder management - communicating with external/internal stakeholders and clients;- Negotiating and closing deals for clients looking for a full suite digital agency - video, animation, VR/AR and photographic work for web, television, cinema and outdoor;- Project management - developing creative, story boards and contracts;- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market trends and developing proposals.

My role was lead publicist for international touring acts with clients such as MGhee Entertainment (LA).

Public Arts, Community, cultural, and healthy living outdoor programming and eventsMy role included the management of 200+ activations per year at the Northbridge Piazza site (internal & external spaces) in addition to leading a team and liaising with key stakeholders to initiate collaborative economic development of the precinct and enhance the vibrancy of Northbridge through creative place-making in order to generate visitation and local trade sought to benefit the day/night economy. This included identifying new opportunities in Perth CBD such as activating the old Perth Concert Hall tunnel with the Winter Arts Bar that included LED installations, projection-mapping, weekend entertainment, food & beverage, and lunch-time yoga.My experience includes local government relations, creating policy and implementing procedures in line with legislation - working across operational departments including legal, media, catering, security, maintenance, waste management and OSH in order to achieve and maintain. I am also experienced in the deployment of technical infrastructure - building the original internal playback system and implementing content management systems (CMS) for Perth's first urban screen.

At Fed Square, I was responsible for overseeing the year-round public program of 2000+ events and activities, including: 24/7 365 content programming, multicultural and community festivals with live performance aspects, public art commissions, corporate and commercial activations, and news broadcasts.My key responsibilities included coordinating screen-based content and seasonal initiatives; programming site-specific performances and visual arts projects delivered in unconventional contexts; implementing strategies to broaden appeal, impact and opportunities for public engagement; and oversee venue for presentations, conferences, live broadcasts and streaming via web.

Supervision of post-production and editing work, on set and in studio, whilst liaising with and managing large client base of local & international brands such as Virgin Blue, Holden, Kmart, and Stilh.

Working closely with Managing Partner, BJ Cunningham (Creator of Death Cigarettes) in a competitive and fast-paced environment, I was required to oversee all conceptual design, development, production and implementation of international clients, brands and agencies. I was also pivotal in developing and implementing the company's brand management strategies.
