- Ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of all major projects and development of the RCT communications strategy which captured the entire customer experience. Overseeing marketing (for brand and acquisition), retail and digital sales, product management, customer intelligence, and relationship management. - Full responsibility for return on marketing investments and commercial outcomes whilst also being a champion for automation and safety in mining. - As a respective member of staff, I contributed to organisational strategy including transformation and the performance of people, stakeholder engagement, and welfare strategies plus the areas of compliance and risk.- Responsible for strategy development and operational management of the business unit including retail and digital sales channels, marketing, product, customer intelligence, and relationship management.- Accountable for the development and implementation of new products, marketing activities and services to achieve revenue objectives. - Establishment of business relationships with key stakeholders across the mining and resource industry.- Focus on leadership development and team culture to drive customer satisfaction- Team management and responsible for the final review of all marketing material before going live.
