Here I am simultaneously in charge of multiple projects and responsible for the underlying architecture of each game application. I also oversee the work being done by any other developer working on the team's project and will typically also act as a mentor to all the members on the development team.Although the responsibilities are primarily technical, I also generally serve as an interface between the programmers and management and have supervisory responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects come in on time. I also serve as a technical adviser to the management and provide programming perspective on requirements. Currently, I oversee a development team of three programmers, two artists, one designer and a QA tester .

I installed Asterisk systems for clients and configured QoS within each local network. This entailed reconfiguring the router settings to prioritise VoIP traffic and reduce latency and jitter. I secured all the VoIP traffic via SIPS/SRTP and also restricted all unwanted traffic between users.In the event that a fault was reported, I provided a diagnosis of the system. This was to establish the cause of the problem and, thus, to administer a solution. My additional roles included modifying the dialplan when needed and adding and removing SIP users.

Here I worked with a designer and took an interdisciplinary role as I worked in a team of two developers. I often focused on the technologies sent to the client such as HTML, Javascript, CSS and also on the server-side framework using PHP to deliver content and scripts to the client. There were times where I also focused on the interaction between server-side frameworks, the web server and database system. However this was usually the role of the other developer.
