Led a team of 11 developers for the development of Eddy, a licensed software of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) or 'Gestion Electronique des Documents' (GED). The application is coded in Python and React primarily.The main achievements were:- Improved the development process effectively and efficiently allowing the seamless growth of the development team from 3 developers to 11 developers distributed across France and Mauritius- Improved the development process, enhanced CI/CD pipelines with SonarQube and Sentry and mentored Junior developers- Planned the implementation of new features on JIRA with the Scrum Master and Project Manager using Agile methodology- Managed the repository of the project on GitLab and reviewed +3000 merge requests- Reduced the average loading time of the application by +60% through code and SQL queries optimisations- Integrated and developed new features to improve the capabilities of the application while maintaining back-compatibility- Improved administrative and accounting processes through automated extraction, transformation and loading of accounting information from invoices

As a Python and JavaScript Bootcamp Instructor and Teaching Assistant, I teach students in Full-Time (12 weeks) and Part-Time (20/24 weeks) courses. It also involves mentoring and supervision of Hackathons and Final Projects. The main topics include: HTML, CSS, Git, Javascript, Python, Django, Flask, NodeJS, React and React Native.I am also the Instructor for the 'Essentials of Coding' which is the second stage of a three-stage programme in Mauritius called the National Training and Reskilling Scheme (NTRS).
