Each day I work with determination and in support of team members to serve as a go to person that they look forward to dealing with. I present the drive, knowledge, and skills to achieve results and am always eager to tackle new challenges. Currently I am completing a postgraduate program at St. Lawrence College in Interactive Marketing Communications. Following the completion of my program in May, I hope to utilize my skills in marketing in the craft beer industry.In September, 2016 I decided to take my talents to Dublin, Ireland, accepting the Marketing Executive role with McHale Plant Sales Ltd. As an outsider to the construction industry I brought with me a fresh set of ideas on how to tackle an age old problem: make more sales. Utilizing marketing techniques across a range of mediums, I executed direct marketing campaigns for their core brands and service offerings, while analyzing the data from each campaign to identify how we can maximize ROI, generate more leads, and close more sales.Following my graduation from Business Marketing I accepted a summer contract position as a Marketing Assistant with the Downtown Kingston! BIA. Working closely with staff, I helped in the planning, organization, and execution of summer events including the Kingston Buskers Rendezvous, the Princess St Promenade, and the Limestone City Blues Festival. These events brought thousands of people to the Downtown Kingston area and saw boosts in revenue for our local businesses.Working for Landmark Cinemas during my studies, I ascended from Front Line Staff to Assistant Manager. Utilizing my outside the box thinking, I arranged for the theatre to promote services at local community events resulting in an increase of over 2,000 subscribers to our e-newsletter list in a calendar year and assisting to increase market share.
