In this role I play a key role in all phases of the project life cycle from presales through to defining and implementing solutions. This has included deep engagement with customers/prospect, sales and product teams defining detailed customer requirements for new product capabilities across Workforce Management and Enterprise Asset Management.

These include Enterprise Asset Management, Workforce Management and Asset performance management solutions offered on premises and in the cloud.Key activities include presales consulting and value creation for digital transformation in asset.

Retriever Communications provides mobile applications for field force automation across the field service, energy, utility and transport industries. This is provided through configurable off the shelf products built on the Retriever mobile platform. These solutions are offered on premises and in the cloud.This role was an evolution of the International.

This role was predominantly presales consulting on domestic and global accounts including requirements review, demonstration configuration/delivery and sales presentations. This culminated in my opening of Retriever's Houston office as Retriever expanded into the United States along with substantial involvement in initial sales. Also established Industry.

Management of Retriever Communications' SaaS and customer services including support desk infrastructure and Retriever's QA program. Designed and implemented the virtualised infrastructure still in use for some Retriever's SaaS services.

Support of Retriever's SaaS and customer services. This included an overhaul of Retriever's SaaS infrastructure implementing a range of Cisco equipment and centralising the database environment.
