Business oversight of the Production & Minesite service lines for ALS Coal in Australia across the North Bowen Basin, Emerald, Gunnedah, Lithgow and Collie operations.

Primary Responsibilites include:- Manage the North Bowen Basin Division at ALS Limited- Direct responsibility for 50 staff across 7 minesite laboratory's - Burton, North Goonyella, Middlemount, Daunia, Foxleigh, South Walker Creek and Moorvale/Coppabella.- 2013 end of year Coverage numbers of 4568 shifts during the year and only missing 3 shift in total. 99.9% coverage of staff personell working 24/7 across 7 minesite laboratory operations.- Ensuring ALS's Core Values and Safety protocols are maintained and kept- Ensuring High Quality and High Staff Coverage rates followed and kept- Organising and Supervising Minesite sampling audits and programs- Assisting Mackay/National Management with reporting and quotations on new projectsSignificant Major Projects Experience- Involved in the design, implementation and commissioning of the Foxleigh, South Walker Creek and Moorvale/Coppabella laboratory's

Primary Responsibilites included:- Training of new/existing staff- Organising and maintaining rosters for 20 staff at 4 minesite laboratory's- Calibration of equipment- Assisting the manager with quotes and reports- Trainer/Assessor for Mackay Laboratory and minesite laboratory's- Managing and Supervising Washplant Audits throughout the Bowen BasinSignificant Major Projects Experience:- Preparation of Quotes for numerous CHPP audits 2011 onwards- Organising and Supervising CHPP audits throughout the Bowen Basin with Sedgman Ltd at the Coppabella, Moorvale, Red Moutain, Blair Athol and Sonoma operations- Organisation of ALS Coal minesite laboratory's at Burton, North Goonyella, Foxleigh, Sonoma and Middlemount mines- Supervising and Project Management for the commissioning of the Middlemount minesite laboratory

Worked in the physical testing laboratory as a technican and sampler. Prepared work for sizing (dry and wet), end of month washability, free and total moisture, float sink analysis, froth flotation and HGI analysis. Was also involved in train and ship sampling at DBCT.

Development Tennis Coach for the Mackay Junior Tennis Association and surrounding districts. Covered the region at Schools and communities within a 200km footprint in the Mackay region. Help coordinate and run numerous Junior Tennis tournaments in the North and Central Queensland district over these 4 years.Age levels that were catered for ranged from 4 year olds through to 60+ years.Was involved in Tennis Queensland talent identification programs and assisted with coaching and development of juniors picked as high potential in the region for training squads.
