I am a shareholder at Flaster/Greenberg's Philadelphia office and a member of the firm's Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management department. I am licensed to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I have previously represented debtors, creditors, court-appointed trustees and equity holders in both chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases and have significant experience in the prosecution and defense of avoidance actions related to the bankruptcy estate. I also have significant experience in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. I serve as a volunteer attorney for the Consumer Bankruptcy Advocacy Project and am on leadership positions with the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association (Philadelphia Chapter).Previously, I was the law clerk to the Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware. I was also a clerk to the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgley of the Delaware Supreme Court through the Josiah Oliver Wolcott program. Previous to my experience with the Court, I graduated magna cum laude and fifth in my class from the Widener Law School in Wilmington. At Widener, I was a member of the Widener Law Review, vice-president of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society . I was the 2009 recipient of the Dean's Award, the highest honor given to a graduating student and a clerk at the Supreme Court of Delaware through the Josiah Oliver Wolcott Foundation. I am a 2006 cum laude graduate from Temple University in Philadelphia, where I was a triple major in Psychology, Criminal Justice and Sociology. Personally, I am originally from Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School.
