Removed working capital burden by negotiating new warehousing and stocking solution with outsourced party, freeing up £4m of cash whilst also integrating systems to create real time order and fulfilment and incorporating into customer portal for real time visibility and tracking of order shipments from order to delivery. Provided Board and ECI investment committee with clear road map of improvement and technology investment to underpin overall strategy of recovering business from under performance to supporting sales process to a strategic trade buyer. Delivered all the change and investment program working closely with the CFO.
