I am an experienced strategy and corporate development executive, investor and management consulting leader with international experience. My current role is with SEEK Investments where I am a Managing Director focused on investing in and growing B2B SaaS businesses. I was Managing Director Strategy & Portfolio Management with SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) prior to the separation of SEEK Investments in November 2021.Prior to SEEK I was with BCG for 10 years and enjoyed a range of leadership roles in Australia and New Zealand including Melbourne Office Leader, Leader of BCG's Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices, Recruiting Director and Chair of the Consultant Career Development Committee. My client work with BCG spanned strategic and operations topics including due diligence for corporate clients, private equity and infrastructure investors, post-merger integration, strategy and digital transformation and sales and marketing. Before joining BCG, I spent over 10 years in executive and management roles in public and private equity owned media and telecommunications businesses with digital capabilities and was also the Principal of Wodak Advisory advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on strategy and transformation and merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities. I also spent 4 years in FMCG sales and marketing roles with Schweppes and Nestle.I have worked across Australia, Asia, England, Europe and Israel.
