With the backing of Sir Richard Branson and as a subsidiary of Optus, Virgin’s objective is to provide its members superior offers & plans, and rockstar customer service.Key Accountabilities:• Managing Virgin Mobile’s 3rd largest partner channel account that provides 20% of Virgin’s business with annual revenue over $100m• Key Contact for; General Manger, CFO, Sales & Marketing Manager, Head of Distribution, Legal Counsel, Commercial Manager & State Managers• Sales Strategy and execution• Store brand rollout - Capex Investment • Marketing/Advertising within demographic• Incentive mechanisms - $300K budget• New Product presentation and GTM strategy• Finance – Commission sign off, Fraud Presentation and Clawback, Aged Debt, Bad Debt• Distribution - Stock forecasting, management, transition, clearance• Liaison with Manufacturers – Nokia, HTC, Samsung, Sony• Implemented Unique niche market strategy

Looking after then following during this role: Prepaid Services (PPS) Big W Harvey NormanKey Accountabilities:• Launch and manage Virgin Mobile’s Mass Retail Partners• Key Contact for; General managers, Sales managers, Category Mangers, Buyers, Buyers Assistants, Merchandising Managers, Store managers, Owner Operators • Sales Strategy and execution• Marketing/Advertising – Managing and Executing Planograms within demographic• Incentive mechanisms• New Product presentation and GTM strategy• Finance – Commission sign off, Fraud Presentation and Clawback, Aged Debt, Bad Debt.• Distribution - Stock forecasting, management, transition, clearance• Liaison with Manufacturers – Nokia, HTC, Samsung, Sony• Unique niche market strategy Key Achievements• Grew PPS activations by over 100% within 30 months• FY09 achieved 145% of target which carried a 20% increase in targets year on year• Grew PPS from the third largest Prepaid partner to the largest activating partner for Virgin Mobile and maintaining that position• Presented with ‘Supplier of the year’ by PPS for 3 consecutive years FY2008, FY2009 and FY2010• Grew PPS’s share of the Virgin Mobile prepaid business from 15% to 23%.• Launched and implemented 8 new electronic recharge vouchers in the market • Managed the introduction and launch of Harvey Norman as a prepaid channel partner from inception • Grew Virgin Mobile’s share of the PPS business from 5.7% to 12% over 24 months • Introduced new POS initiatives into PPS and Big W, which are also now used company wide• Introduced an industry first flat rate connection to international calling cards from Virgin Mobile prepaid services• Developed and maintained prepaid training program• Developed, managed and presented end-to-end PPS Christmas National prepaid presentation• Executed product lifecycle across mobile handsets and wireless broadband devices
