•Review draft agreements by providing insight and counsel on transaction dynamics to ensure agreements are exhaustive and explicit.•Manage investments on a portfolio of Debt Service Reserve Accounts, Trust funds and Escrow funds in excess of USD 50 million. Ensuring proper liquidity and competitive return.•Analyse and prepare periodic reports on performance of the portfolio to regulators, client and management. •Conduct compliance audit on the Management of Unitized Schemes with particular reference to regulatory rules and Trust deed governing such funds.•Compute applicable interest rate and exchange rate (for foreign currency loans) by tracking related benchmark rates such as LIBOR and NIBOR, NAFEX  etc particularly with respect to syndicated loans.•Coordinate and oversee the distribution of: funds to beneficiaries of escrow arrangements; dividends to beneficiaries of Employee Incentive Schemes and principal (or interest) to noteholders of public or corporate bonds and lenders of syndicated loans.•Interpete and monitor compliance with terms of transaction documents with special emphasis on milestones, conditions subsequent, covenants and pledges.•Represent the interests of clients in stakeholder meetings such as investment committee meetings, annual general meetings and advisory board meetings.•Enticed prospects with bespoke presentations and proposals detailing processes and requirements per product with an astounding success rate.•Research, ideate and recommend bespoke solutions trust services could proffer to client's pain points (my favourite)
