These experiences have helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, which I have used to collaborate effectively with team members on group projects and present research findings to peers.In addition to my leadership skills, I am proficient in data analysis, using software such as Excel and ArcGIS to analyze crop yields and soil conditions. I believe that data analysis is an essential tool for improving efficiency and sustainability in agriculture practices, and I am always proactive in staying up-to-date with industry trends and attending workshops and conferences on topics such as precision agriculture and regenerative agriculture.At the core of my motivation is a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the agriculture industry.
