- Be the primary information officer of the department and provide the necessary information to the public - Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Management to achieve revenue goals.- Serve as the connecting point between all the departments and bring solutions to problems as necessary - Serve as the public image of the company and a connection point with clients - Ensure that all the administrative activities of the department are carried out effectively- Bring regular solutions as regards the department and the organization at large- Take note of all the records or data that concerns the department
