As an Operations Lead I looked after workforce planning, reporting, process creation, documentation and improvement while standing up a new business unit overnight at the request of the Ministry of Health. During our peaks we were looking after more positive covid cases than all of the DHB's nationwide combined. Supporting 80% of the cases isolating at home. With a proven track record I was successful in attaining the role of Campaign Manager, although my primary focus was still those in isolation I began more project work on improvement, upskilling and productivity boosting. Working with industry partners with bespoke campaigns we achieved New Zealand's highest uptake of the Flu vaccine ever recorded.

As part of the NOA/NBAP Provisioning team I got to work alongside most teams within Chours as we facilitated the design, plan, execution and implementation of network expansions with a focus on rural cell towers and bespoke solutions to rural locations.

I Joined the the team and stepped straight into working on the Westfield Newmarket Development. 3D modeling in Revit, floor plans and change management for all security systems and access control for the mall. Following the completion of the Westfield Project I moved into Regional Coordination. Managing all staff in the South Island and all contractors Nationwide. Scheduling routing jobs, managing urgent requests and ensuring the teams all had the stock they needed when they needed it were part of my key deliverables.

Starting as a Security guard at a Mall I developed my rapport building skills and worked my way into the Communication Centre. Booking requests, responding to live incidents and creating accurate reports for all events across each shift reinforced the importance of accuracy in all aspects of my work. I ended up moving into a specialist team looking after national guard deployments and project work. Mass deployments in response to national emergencies, threat responses and facilities management of commercial and residential buildings, I created and documented end to end processes and ensured we met all KPI's with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally I moved into a specialist role maintaining and growing relationships with partner providers of the services not directly provided by Frist Security.
