In December 2010 I left SLT and Joined Synapsys (PVT) Ltd. At Synapsys I was having multiplejob roles. Being an IT company my main role was to work as an UI engineer. At Synapsys I had the responsibility of coming up with UI designs for web sites, Software, iOS and Android Mobile Apps with the best user experience as possible.Also was responsible in designing marketing materials, flowcharts and diagrams for product proposals. Responsibilities• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.• Work with the QA team for bugs.• Conceptualizing and designing of marketing materials.

In March 2009 I joined Sri Lanka Telecom’s In-house Creative Team as a Jr. Art Manager. Our team was responsible for most of the advertising done for Sri Lanka Telecom. I had the pleasure of coming up with concepts and designs for major products of SLT such as SLT Broadband, Megaline and Citylink CDMA. Also my team was responsible in organizing promotional campaigns and events to create brand awareness.

I joined Grace Advertising (Pvt) Ltd., in December 2002 as a Trainee Graphic Designer. I worked there for 7+ years. During that period I gained lots of experience by working with all sorts of organisations.During those 7 years I worked hard and went up the ranks to become an Art Director.At Grace Ads I got to work for various organizations from Real Estate, Consumer Brands, Hotels, Banks, Financial Organizations, FMCG products etc.I have executed all sorts of designing from logos, advertisements, leaflets, Television Commercials,indoor-outdoor advertising, books, packaging annual reports to the final artworks.
