I am a Human Resource Management professional and a Business enthusiast paving my way up the corporate ladder. Apart from my professional education in Business Administration and Tourism. I gained ample experience in relevant fields through my 6 months internship at Twist and Tours and 3 months work experience with Balmer Lawrie. The certificate courses that I've done in relevant field of HR expanded the horizon of my knowledge to different spheres of economic understanding. I aspire to not just dedicate my skill to the corporate sector but to redefine it in accordance with the world's changing economic dynamics from Capitalism to Stake Holder Capitalism. With my unique entrepreneurial mindset and advanced managerial skillset I work to bridge the gap between philanthropy and the corporate sector. Being a member of the corporate relations cell of my prestigious institute has allowed me to put these intentions in vision and then in action. Conclusively, I find myself to be a realist who understands that first world problems cannot be tackled permanently but development of the present human resource and corporate world on the lines of collective growth can at least initiate a change that we all wish to see around us.
