• Various Insurance company client data send through mail in excel files. Handling and Sorting Data as per Requirement, data copy and paste to our excel file format and then upload excel file in company software• Also I work on prepare Invoice, All client data proper checking, correction, using excel formulas (advance excel), and then make final invoice.• Handling General Manager’s and Deputy General Manager’s Confidential mails and documents.• Maintain an organized filing system of papers and electronic documents to efficiency and productivity.• Serving as a point of contact for team members and General Managers.• Managing and providing secretarial support (Junior, Middle and top level Management).• Sending completed case files to appropriate location such as Stock holding or Registry as per guidelines.• Maintaining MIS of the correspondence of Inward and Outward Documents related to Broker, Sub-broker and Exchanges.• Updating and maintaining databases of Inspection cases.• Travel Management, claim process, ticket booking.
