● Debugging and resolving QA's on enterprise-level software. ● Mainly working with the Progress ABL programming language and database for server-side programs, and HTML, CSS, and javascript for the UI. ● Working with single-page applications and javascript libraries including Handlebars and jQuery.● Full stack development

• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts• Assist National Channel Support with process inquiries/issues via call• Correct issues on accounts regarding promotions/pricing• Handle escalations from dealers/customers on behalf of NCS agents• Troubleshoot system issues and create trouble tickets when no work around can be found• Softwares : Bell – Blueprint, CTI Desktop, Avaya VPN, Single View, NM1 , Pedigree , FortiClient-VPN
