Aeropak d.o.o. aims to deliver full service to its customers according to their needs for aerosol containers and filling the containers with active ingredients. The contents of products which require aerosolizing are usually released as spray, and are packed under pressure. The strategic orientation of the company is to produce these articles under private label, for a number of established customers which market their existing brands or develop new ones.Production will consist of two segments:line for manufacturing aerosol containersline for filling aerosol containersEach production line is an independent technological whole and is capable of producing articles which can be marketed as final products.The line for manufacturing the aerosol containers is designed for the complete production of cans of different volumes (from 175 ml – 1000 ml in standard mode). The cans are the final product intended for sale to interested production companies – the owners of brands which require packaging under pressure (aerosol) for their production. The containers are produced from tinplate and conform to the expected standards in this field, with the demanded print or label of the brand.The second line of production is a separate process planned for filling of the aerosol containers according to the needs of our interested partners – under private label. The final product consists of a tinplate can (which will be produced by Aeropak), the active ingredient – content of the can (the formula can be developed by our development team, or it can be supplied by our partners-brand owners), propellant (propane-butane), and a valve.Production and deliveries should be realized based on pre-arranged dynamics and agreed upon quantities, founded on yearly contracts with customers.
