Duties would include managing Broker Price Opinion on residential properties to agents based on fees, area and turn times assigned by my clients. Working in a fast paced environment and keeping up with many reports to assure they are turned in on given due dates and passing required client quality. Recruiting new agents for rural territories. With MetroPCS just starting out with a brand new market covering NH and MA, there was many obstacles that I had to succeed in which I did with the help of great management and employees who saw my passion and received inspiration from it.
