Within my career in telecommunication industry, especially radio communications, I have been working in introduction and continuous development of 2G, 3G and 4G technologies and looking forward to new technologies in the future. With focus on RAN part of mobile networks, as my professional passion, I have been steering successful setup of strong E2E systems, ready to be monetized and which brings high quality perception to customers. I gained experience in all relevant mobile network business processes and sharpen my decision making skills.I'm proud to work in the enabling environment of excellent engineers and had a chance to build up a strong team of 30+ experts which I have been leading successfully in challenging environment of competitive telecommunication market.I would emphasize leading of optimization project in 2015, which represents successful application based quality improvement - project produced in the end significant advantage against competition, as proved by P3 benchmark certificate and seal “Best in test”.
