For the last 12 years I´ve been working on the digital TV business. I started working on STB Quality Assurance as a Test Engineer in the Kirch Group, and since then I´ve been developing my Project Management and Team Leader skills. During the last ten years I've been involved in many interesting Digital Pay-TV projects. I assumed the lead role in most of these technical projects, e.g. projects with Premiere (SKY Germany), Nagravision, KableBW, etc. This includes projects in the field of Smartcard validation, STB QA, CAS Integration, among others. During this time I´ve also built a very large contact network of business professionals.During the last 5 years I led a team of high skilled Engineers in which I supervised ten of them. As a hands-on manager with strict principles I was highly respected and recognized for my leadership. Straightforward communication, active team motivation and clear advice helped me to strengthen and develop my reputation as a Team Manager.My expertise in the Digital TV industry is widespread, from analysing customer and business needs to writing related specification and documentation, planing, deploying end-to-end systems, and leading projects and teams.
