• Responsible for strategic direction, roadmap prioritisation and product discovery for a new Lottery platform.• Head of several Product streams, working with 2 distributed teams across 3 regions.• Grew new Authorisation and Authentication solution for a iLottery platform, aimedat the North American market.• Created vision for new Web Backoffice, getting buy-in from senior stakeholders,and collaborating with UX, Data Science, & Engineering, to help bring it to life.• Working closely with Sales, SE’s, and Outbound PMs on docs, messaging, and collateral.

• Led complete rebuild and redesign of an Online Gaming system for international lottery clients. The system was deployed with our clients in Spain and Tunisia.• Rebuilt and launched new Retail gaming system for our British Columbia customer. Working with retailers on UX research and development teams to support new workflows in the POS terminals.• Maintanence of the existing Retail Product Stream: Player Acount Managment, Retail Finance Management system, Wallet service and Access service.
