I am a KYC Quality Control Analyst at HSBC, one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong expertise in compliance and customer service, as well as data privacy and confidentiality skills.In my current role, I oversee the quality and compliance of customer due diligence processes for diverse and complex client segments, including high-risk and PEP clients. I also train and support UK team members, fostering collaboration and communication across the organization. I am passionate about working with clients from various backgrounds and sectors, such as private and public companies, embassies, trusts, charities, and government bodies. I am currently pursuing my MBA to further enhance my business skills and knowledge.
