Having had a wide array of experiences as a young adult as a qualified engineer then working in telesales, DJ, account manager, barman and nightclub promoter, the seemingly disparate experiences actually layed a foundation which led me to HSBC. After 10+ years with 9 spent on product Management, I decided that there was commonality in the apparently unconnected journey from University to HSBC and something that could benefit a wider audience.At Disruptants we merge creativity with play and experiential techniques to promote organic learning in people and organisations. We help turn today's problems into tomorrow's opportunities and train people to fish instead of dishing out food. Some days it's helping a startup with their business model, the next day it's building creativity and business resilience in a bank, the creative problem solving approach is unbounded.I'm passionate about helping people and organisations challenge their status quo, find their X-factors, lead with passion, purpose and authenticity.
