This was an ethnographic study on Designing Life After Covid-19. Conducted empathy interviews, identified behavior patterns, organized data, and crafted insightful narratives.

- Collaborated with product and business teams to develop concepts, visuals, and pitches for immersive technology applications. Drove understanding of immersive technology's value proposition for both the business and its employees.- Developed design prototypes for multiple concepts to help elicit meaningful feedback. Had other responsibilities such as branding, designing collaterals and UI design.

Conducted primary and secondary research to develop design artifacts like personas and journey maps. Utilized insights to create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes for the Teams and Career webpage.
