In this position I am the responsible for the development and management of the maintenance team with the main purpose to upkeep all hotel operations, ensuring safety, security, conservation and compliance at the highest levels. In addition to the above I must create the departmental budget and works alignment with financial and technical parameters. I have to prepare the training programs for the development of the team to accomplish the resort objectives related to repairs, renovations, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
