- Italy Planning and Engineering - New sorting equipment installation with a challenging 2 months phasing installation, while maintaining contingency operations. Full material flow redesign, new layout definition and engineering staffing plans to support the new requirements.- Leader of Planning & Engineering Stream of the biggest insourcing project in the company, around 800 vendor workers internalized in 7 different hubs. Complete re-engineering of the hub processes, daily operations, staffing plans and reporting structure.- Onboarding and coaching New Engineers in an Internationa Team of engineers around Europe.

- Pirelli Manufacturing for European Factories- Coordination of manufacturing activities for the 5 Prestige Factories of Pirelli Group. Strong focus on Continuous Improvement Activities, Smart Manufacturing and Cost Efficiencies. Working on factories' yearly and strategic plans, as well as global projects in order to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.- Business Analyst for new Digital Training Platform integrated with Sharepoint and Production Control Systems. Global tool developed until POC level, with 3 testing factories fully onboarded and actively contributing on development.

- Pirelli Manufacturing United Kingdom- Complete transformation of a production system of 170 employees, aiming at creating financial sustainability and internal customer satisfaction . Focus on daily management system, problem solving capabilities, process and layout improvements. Complete re-organisation of the shop floor, the management structure, and the communication systems. - Results achieved: 0 LTI, 10% scrap improvement, 15% productivity improvement and £300k generated savings.

- Pirelli Manufacturing United Kingdom- Implementation of Daily Kaizen and training of people with overall value stream focus. Redesign of new 4 production areas, with correspondent layout, material flows and staffing plans. - Factory level results vs. Previous Year: Frequency Index (Safety) improved by 20%, Output increased by 5%, Scrap level decreased by 10% , OEE improvement on a focused process by 7% in absolute numbers.

- Pirelli Manufacturing Worldwide- Coordination, monitoring and support of 19 car and truck factories worldwide in the implementation of Pirelli Manufacturing System. - Value Stream Mappings and Implementation of Kanban system for a critical bottleneck areas in 2 different factories
