Proposed design changes on the data structure and UI design, created the roadmap based on the feasibility of the development at the given timeline, achieved to reduce the time-to-market of the product with a %60 decrease over the delivery timeline. Supported the quality assurance activities as the defect manager, interacting with Ericsson, 3pp, and dU delivery factories on testing phases.• Jawwal Leap Program: Joined as a consultant to support the POS domain. Took the ownership progressively to broader responsibility up to the end-to-end architect role of CRM and POS Domains for a large-scale digital transformation program of Jawwal (a GSM operator with 3M+ subscribers in Ramallah, Palestine), owning the project at a failing stage and turned it to a successful delivery by managing 3 teams, totally over 50 members, changing the way of working and adapting the teams and deliverables to agile and DevOps methodologies.• Korek TCRM Project: Successfully led and delivered Ericsson's first CRM transformation project to Korek (a GSM operator with 8M+ subscribers in Erbil, Iraq) adapting CRM, POS, Middleware products, using MS (C#, MS Dynamics) and Java technologies on cloud environments. As the end-to-end solution architect and development team leader, designed and delivered high-performance and cost-efficient solutions, coaching a development team of 10+ members on 3 domains, utilizing agile practices.• SSCM Etisalat Egypt Project: Worked as the development lead of the Subscription Campaign Management project for Etisalat Egypt based in Cairo.
