Related positions are: Java Developer, .Net Developer, Full Stack Developer, Cobol Developer, Business Analyst, Test Engineer, ...- Working with Agile Scrum Methodology- Examining candidates ' CVs on Kariyer.net / LinkedIN / RDC Talent databases- Researching and collecting information for each position- Conducting preliminary interviews on phone- Organizing interviews of eligible candidates- Preparation of technical reports on candidates- Presentation of prepared reports to the client- Conducting candidate research according to client's requests- Prepare and publish job advertisements via career portals- Entry of candidates ' resumes on database- Positive and negative returns to candidates- Report weekly to managers and clients- Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the recruitment process
