Finance Women Lab is a platform established to empower women in the finance sector, facilitate their access to finance, and support the financial education of young women.We carry out various projects aimed at strengthening the presence of women in finance and enhancing the financial education of young women through podcasts, community meetings, inspirational talks, and peer mentoring. Our focus is on improving women's access to finance, regardless of the sector, with a particular emphasis on women-owned SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and women's cooperatives. We also form partnerships and collaborations with different sectors to achieve these goals.

Collaborated with a team of 12 fellows to shape the future of Akbank Youth Academy, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Contributed to the transformation of young people's business lives through innovative ideas and solutions.Played a key role in advising Akbank on youth development programs, leveraging my expertise in mentoring and leadership.

o A one-year leadership development program that aims to develop the new generation leadership competencies of 21 university undergraduate students from all geographical regions of Turkey.o The process of designing and realizing a social responsibility project in addition to mentoring, coaching and networking gains as one of 21 young people selected from among 20,000 young people.

o Chosen as a “Challenger” of Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation among 132.748 university student applicants from various universities in Turkey to propagate the culture of entrepreneurship.o Developing the entrepreneurial mindset.

o Working part-time in the 150-member YetGen 2022 leaders team responsible for improving communication, resolving potential conflicts, and instilling a YetGen culture.o Being responsible for the Community Management department and leading the processes.o Taking part in the YetGen Headquarters team, working for the development and growth of the Yetkin Gençler Education Cooperative

Being part of the community management team to develop and strengthen the community and further advance and improve the leaders' processes. As the community team, we are working on organizing face-to-face and online events that will strengthen the communication within the team, examining the processes of the leaders in the team in detail.

-It is a process where we transfer what we have learned to new participants after the participation process, experience peer learning, and support new students throughout the education.

-A 21st-century skills development program for high school and university students sponsored by Mehmet Zorlu Foundation and MEF University. It includes teamwork, presentation skills, information literacy, financial literacy, algorithmic thinking, modeling with Excel, sustainability, career planning and entrepreneurship.

o The Akbank Fellowship Program designed by Akbank Youth Academy, which will last for 10 months, supports peer learning, aims to add the perspective of young people to the business world through revorse mentoring processes, and supports peer learning with learning circles.
