Role & Responsibility• Single point of contact & complete ownership of recruitment (Permanent/Contract hiring) & order fulfillment for Business Groups within Unisys across locations.• Supporting and assigning the requirements within the team and helping them to understand the requirement and sourcing the resumes.• Involvement in stakeholder management for hiring reviews, vendor management, offer, and onboarding process, and recruiting projects for process improvements.• Evaluate demand and supply with Domain leaders across locations to ensure fulfillment. • Closely work with Offshore Managers to understand their requirements and focus on their Deliverables• Supported Campus hiring & internal referral programs/initiatives of Unisys.• Employee internal promotion process (Internal Job Posting) – Managing employee database, cross-checking their experience and achievements record of accomplishment to know the employee eligibility.• Vendor Management, Regular Interacting with suppliers on requisitions and pricing, turnaround times, and quality of work, managing relationships, assigning jobs, evaluating performance, and ensuring payments are made requisitions challenges and understanding needs.• Preparation of reports & dashboard for monthly review to assess timely hiring status with the Business Unit Lead.• Organized the activities that new Joiners must complete on Day 1. Ensuring completion of Joining Formalities such as filling up of Application Form, PF nomination form, and background verification form.
