• Responsible for Manufacturing operations, Production, Production planning & Inventory Control, Plant Maintenance, General administration, Strategic planning, Manpower planning& Utilization, Training & Development, Project management• Over all equipment capacity planning, optimizing capacity utilization of all equipment’s.• Modification in equipment and process to optimize production & Quality.• Provide all detail analysis and information to top management for purchasing new equipment’s.• Monitoring of Targets and committed dispatch dates of production on daily basis, in case any of any failure feedback to top management and implementation of corrective action plan. • Analysis and corrective action plan its implementation for non – conforming product generated in factory at any stage from extrusion to finished product. • Constant monitoring of cost of production, consumables and implementation of action to control cost.• Providing detailed Raw material plan, packing material plan, Manpower requirement required for process.• Prepare & monitor monthly production plans, and evaluation on daily basis. • Carry out investigation with reference to lower yield & abnormalities in processing • Assist to QA department for customer complaints.• Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long term operational excellence. • Implementation of lean manufacturing tool such as TPM, TQM, Kaizen, Six sigma, Kaizen & 5 S.• IMS & QMS such as BRC, ISO, GMP, HACCAP, FSSC implementations, Training & Facing Audits.

Leader ship qualities with ability to handle multi ethnic, diversified work forceExperience in erection & management of Dry spice grinding, Steam sterilization & Solvent extraction unit/ FMCG UNITS, (Spices Grinding & Sterilization, Feed grinding, Steam distillation & Extraction) from basic stage.

• Leading and efficiently managing multi-disciplined team of projects, construction managers, Engineers, and Contractors. • To plan for the man power requirement to accomplish plantation targets on schedule.• Manage the plantation and factory in all aspect like Farming, Production, maintenance, Administration , Purchase & Finance • Interact with work men on a regular basis and ensure statutory compliances with respect to licenses & standards etc• Ensure that working environment, production process meet with standard quality requirements and Good manufacturing practices • Crop vise budgeting & costing • Managing & reporting all activities like projects, purchase, production, Maintenance, Administration & Stores.

• Lead the Operation Team with high level of motivation. Conduct training programmes for them; support them in decision-making and day-to-day tasks. Achieve production targets set for every month.• Planning and implementation of new developmental projects at Byadgi Unit.• Manage the Factory in all aspects like Production, Maintenance, Administration, Purchase, Finance etc.• Analysis of operation and other process datas and to take necessary action to reduce cost of production. Ensure LEAN manufacturing.• To handle all statutory Officers (Govt. officials), maintain all legal procedures for running theFactory and perform necessary Public relations activities. Fully automatic grinding unit, packing and dispatching. Implementation of seed cleaning machine with full dust free systems.
