Currently I oversee testing and inspection at MP Systems while governing daily workflow of the Tsugami liaison. In this I collaborate with departmental managers to identify risks and capitalize on improvement opportunities, embedding risk mitigation methodologies and implementing staff training for consolidation. I also run Quality Assurance elements for all 3 companies (Rem Sales, Innovative Machinery Group (IMG) and MP Systems), involving all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 implementation, registration and upkeep. Then I initiate and drive Improvement teamwork scopes while evaluating customer complaints, relaying communication to senior management, working to meet and exceed customer expectations by deploying improvement processes.
