In 2015 I was a resident at a rigidly structured, educational, highly therapeutic treatment facility which concentrated its entire approach on teaching young people life skills. I wholeheartedly appreciated the prescribed way of life, I grew internally through various talk, hypno, and group therapies, and I felt firmly supported by a large staff who identified with us and genuinely cared. I was fortunate enough to later work in the program. I want to pass on the compassion and companionship I was shown, but also appreciate the need to be unwavering in enforcement of rules or policies. Im adaptable, dependable, intelligent, a good listener, and a fine tactician when going up against tricky, complex problems that require unconventional or creative solutions. I've had experience with various mental disorders/ histories of trauma, as well as different ways psychiatric medications can effect people.
