Serves as the Marine Corps Chief Engineer Equipment Officer with additional duty as Engineer field Occupational Specialty Manager. • Acted as a maintenance advocate for Concept Based Maintenance, corrosion prevention, product quality discrepancy reports, and warranty repairs that contributed to the modernization of all maintenance concepts and the implementation of efficiencies impacting the entire Marine Corps. • Served as influential force in the development of the Manpower Personnel Training Plans for engineer equipment training input, Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual revisions, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Manual revisions, and the Equipment to Maintainer study. • Took a lead role in the grade structure review for the Table of Allowance Materiel Control Change Requests and developed recommendations to balance the inventory of Marines by grade and occupational field (MOS) to meet career force requirements and ensure that organizations are provided the right Marines by grade and MOS.• Served as the Engineer Equipment advocate during the Fiscal Year 2019 Marine Corps Force 2025 Grade Structure Review, and coordinated the review of the requirements for the three military occupational specialties directing the realignment of personnel structure throughout the enterprise to optimize their capability.• Led and facilitated the Ground Equipment Sustainment System (GESS) Implementation Planning Team to develop courses of action for designing a Marine Corps Sustainment Program Baseline with recommendations for establishment of a service-level architecture that organizes sustainment resources and efforts around repeatable processes, practices, and behaviors to improve equipment and materiel readiness.

Served as the go-to-Senior Engineer Equipment and Utilities Subject Matter Expert for MARCORSYSCOM) in the testing and acquisition of engineer equipment. • Singlehandedly represented Marine Corps Headquarters as the principal member of the High Mobility Engineer Excavator, Airfield Damage Repair kit, Mobile Expeditionary Hybrid Power System, Lightweight Water Purification System and Enhanced Environmental Control Unit working groups. • Participated in developmental group efforts with Marine Corps Combat Capabilities Command's Logistics Integration Division and MARCORSYSCOM's Mobile Electric Power Program Management Team for managing the impact of burgeoning demand increases to minimize expansion of authorized allowance objectives for generators and air conditioners. • Anticipated need to modernize spot power generation equipment, and served as advocate for the rapid development and acquisition of the Advanced Mobile Power Systems, and the enhanced Environmental Control Unit, enabling the Marine Corps to simultaneously increase its capability in power generation and environmental control.

Served in dual capacity roles for Engineering Equipment and Maintenance Management for Marine Forces stretching from Mainland Japan, down to Okinawa and then to the islands of Guam and Hawaii.• Cited as instrumental in integrating numerous supply and maintenance functions into a cohesive set of procedures/processes that streamlined, improved and maintained equipment readiness across above 95%. • Scheduled and coordinated corrosion repairs for 2,003 equipment assets extending the equipment life cycle and mitigating the need for premature disposal or replacement resulting in a cost avoidance of $441 million.• Led the effort to cross-level and redistribute more than 4,700 engineer equipment items across the Force units resulting in a saving of $4.6 million.

Planned, directed, managed, and supervised the completion and proper documentation of all maintenance on Engineer Equipment as well as operator, technical and supervisory level maintenance training for the unit.• Supervised Using Unit Account Managers resulting in a first-ever 100% on FSMAO-Western Pacific Inspection. • Enhanced the flow of maintenance information by creating the 9th ESB Maintenance Management Portal.

Served in dual role as Engineer Officer and Maintenance Management Officer executing maintenance management and engineer operations for the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF) a Tier 1 Unit on 24-hour alert. • Managed equipment valued at $72 million as well as the tactical employment of all engineer assets in support of CBIRF’s consequence management role.• Acted as Maintenance Management Officer responsible for 109 Marine Corps Automated Readiness (MARES) reportable items and 353 Commercial Off-the-Shelf items maintaining a 98% CBIRF maintenance readiness rate.• Received noteworthy annotations during both the Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) and Commanding General’s Readiness Inspections as a result of excellent pre-preparation inspections.
