Full-time, for 2-years, I served as a CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow alongside hundreds of collaborators representing 100+ companies across the CEO Action signatory network.I helped originate the Fellowship’s community based research and Inclusive Design methodology thru piloting the Oakland Place Based platform and advising the creation of a Black Community Council steering committee. Led community engagement strategy for an affordable housing multiphase community listening approach. With the support of a diverse, stakeholder network of community partners and advisors we identified, developed and promoted scalable and sustainable public policies and corporate engagement strategies. Together, alongside other Fellowship platforms, we fought systemic racism and social injustice with the aim of improving societal well-being​.​

Envisioned and produced my first multi-disciplinary exhibition and networking event in 2014 in Washington, DC entitled "THE SHOW" under the moniker, "The Collective," also @collective.art with over 120 guests in attendance before the age of 21Since then I have produced events with DC's Brightest Young Things and Rock Creek Social Club; have been a contracted stylist with content features in GQ and Elle Magazine; location scouted for Saint Heron; worked photography production with global, fashion PR Agency, North 6; facilitated back-end production and social media for culinary workshops at DC's Union Market; placed as a division finalist beating out Yale University in a national diversity case competition; and have facilitated over a dozen cross-cultural dialogues and panel discussions ranging from multi-day retreats to seminars -- with both international and local participation.All-in-all, my passion is in uniting diverse teams under an unified, shared vision to bring innovative, creative ideas to life. - Supported founder and Director with DC Public Library Foundation partnership. Our mission was to align available public resources with the local creative community- My personal drive was to translate our inclusive digital platform into equally inclusive lived experiences. We curated monthly retreats for photographers, fine artists, influencers, designers and DJs to commune, network and seek inspiration - Once the library closed its doors for renovations, our monthly co-working retreats evolved into #aCreativeDC pop-ups at local businesses and restaurants across the city through brand partnerships - As a digital solution to further bridge our IRL activations with our web presence and brand purpose (of promoting visibility in DC's creative community), I developed and produced ANTHOLOGY, a photo project that has highlighted the perspectives of over 100 DC locals- I represented the brand for DC-based engagements, generating authentic digital content to share via our social channels

Over an entire year, a committee of 5 students and I, through extensive academic and gallery/studio research, developed a curatorial vision that considered not only contemporary art, but also what art meant to and for our immediate local and campus communities. My contributions to the committee included:- Managing our $50K budget- Owning relationships with fine arts galleries - from initial correspondence expressing interest to negotiating pricing for purchase, framing and delivery- Developing a series of 3 pitches for artwork selection, as approved by esteemed board, including Director of The Phillip's Collection- Conducting extensive art market research, by taking gallery and studio visits in NYC, Baltimore and Washington DC (and participating in a 400-level "Advanced Special Topics in Art - Markets and Collecting") - Supporting oversight and execution of $8K commissioned artwork over a 4-month timeline

In 2016 I worked on a team of 5 to conduct Community Assessment surveys in Rwanda. Our objective was to survey a community that had been impacted by a decade long technology initiative. An initiative that sought to bridge the international digital divide by bringing internet enable computer devices and solar panels into rural communities in Kigali.Over the course of 3 weeks, using a systems approach to interviewing, we actively opened lines of communication. We coordinated meetings with local leadership and orchestrated forums where the community had a platform to have their voices heard. We organized, synthesized and re-presented our findings. Our systematic, human-centric process facilitated substantive, first-person insights ultimately informing our recommendations. 3 months of studying the nation's history and its relationship with technology, to working directly with village leaders ultimately culminated into a two-day, multilingual, collaborative training program. We promoted alignment between available sociopolitical infrastructures and the tech initiative ensuring ongoing sustainability.
